After I checked with them, they offered to let me pay $6.99 more on this sweater for postage to return the sweater they sent me with the security tag still attached. It boggles the mind how bad Express is for customers.

The sweater came with the security tag - they say I need to take it back to a store - which is far away and a lot of my own time - and no guarantee I won't be charged with stealing it. One of the jeans was also missing, with a note from a person at store saying they didn't have it. How much time have I spent on this to get what I ordered with no offers of money back, still have to spend time on the sweater - they offered me $5.00. This store is not a place to order from.
- SESadie EaglesNov 17, 20252.0The store was clean, but it was super awkward when I walked in and both employees were too busy chatting with each other to greet or even acknowledge the ONLY customer in their store. I walked the whole store, tried on 2 dresses and ended up having a question. I wandered the store browsing for about 5 minutes but the employees were no where in sight, so I just put down the dresses and left. Clearly, the only business they had walking in the door and shopping didn’t matter. I am very disappointed in the customer service that was displayed today.
