  I live in Hawaii and wanted to send something quick and special to my 4 yr old granddaughter in Washington. This was PERFECT! She was so surprised and just loved her birthday goodies with balloons! I added extra chocolate covered bananas because those are her favorite. Per photos my daughter-in-law sent me, this location did a beautiful job! Everything was super fresh and delivery was a breeze. I highly recommend this store! Thank you so much!

  I had placed an order as a gift for my supervisor on the website, it said it would be delivered by my date requested. However, the day of when it was supposed to be delivered, it never arrived. I waited another day and still no bouquet. I then called the store, the woman said it was delivered but I told her no, I don't see it. She then said that her manager would have to call me back the next day. I said, no that is a Saturday I need for the manager to call me on Monday. Left my phone number for the manager to call me. Never received a phone call or voice message from the manager. Two days later I called the store again, but no one picked up the phone. I tried calling four times throughout the day and finally got someone to answer in the late afternoon. Then a different woman said again, it was delivered, I said no it wasn't. She said she would check the photo and email me the delivery proof. No email from them. I give up now in receiving my order and now have gone through my bank to stop the charge on my card. I used to trust this company as I used them in the past, but now I am frustrated with them. So sorry, no more.

  My Pastor and his wife sent me an Edible Arrangement for my birthday. I have had online “treats “ before and couldn’t eat them. But Edible Arrangements, they are the real deal.The fruit is fresh, plump, and sweet. Don’t get me started on the brownies. They are absolutely the best that I have had. I go to the store looking to buy just the brownies. They are delicious. My family, friends, and coworkers look forward to receiving Edible Arrangements from me. Thank you!

  UPDATE: I reached out to them last night and they did get back to me right away this morning. She was very kind on the phone. Someone came a few hours later and delivered the missing item, as well as some extra, which was very sweet of them. It shouldn’t take a bad review to get honest custom service, but I appreciate that they did follow through in the end and tried to go above. My mom ordered me an edible arrangement to be delivered a few days before Valentine’s Day. It was delivered, and everything was very fresh and delicious, however they forgot to include an add-on item. My mom asked if I had received that add-on and I told her I hadn’t. She called them the next day and they told her they would try to get it delivered that day or the next, and asked for my phone number. They never called me, nor delivered it. My mom called again, same response. Asked for my number etc.. never called. My mom called again, and she started the convo the same way and my mom asked why we keep having this same conversation. Either just refund me the portion that wasn’t delivered, or just deliver it. She asked why she had to keep chasing them on this and that she would have to file a complain if they won’t follow through. She immediately hung up on my mom. This isn’t a hard problem to fix. Refund her or deliver the item. Horrible customer service to hang up on someone who has been nothing but patient and courteous. She will no longer order from this location, nor will I or anyone I know. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because what I did receive was very fresh and great quality.

  Spent about $150 for a fruit basket and some chocolate. They advertised same day delivery so I went with them. Once checked out, the email they send says it will be delivered by 5 pm to the business. I kept checking the tracker to see if it was on the way all the way up until 5 pm. NEVER STARTED! I tried calling them 8 times, always went to voicemail. I called a different number then the one on the website and finally got ahold of someone to ask what happened. They said "I was going to call because we do it in order of priority and today isn't possible" WHY NOT TELL ME THAT TO BEGIN WITH?! They ask "do you want us to deliver tomorrow?" The person I was ordering it for wouldn't be back there for 5 days so I just asked for a refund. The person on the line said in a very snarky and VERY disrespectful way "yea go ahead and try, same way you placed your order, cancel it on the website. Can't do it over the phone, have a good night byyeee" like are you kidding me?!?! What a waste of time and money. Idc how busy it is, you never treat someone who has paid like this, especially when you advertise same day delivery. I spent my whole day checking that tracker and stressing out because I couldn't reach someone. Not to mention someone else was expecting the gift and is upset about it. Absolutely ridiculous experience. I better be getting my refund promptly.
