  I love David Yurman. My favorite and only jewelry designer. So modern and fashion forward. Vey unique design. This holiday season I bought 4 items from them and I’m so happy with my purchase. Folks at David Yurman store in Nordstrom Bellevue Cameron & Kipani were very helpful. They are go above and beyond to satisfying the customer and from making phone call to other stores for having items shipped here to WA to look for your delivery 📦 and you know everything. This team is awesome and I’ll so happy to work with them. They made me feel valued. Give me VIP experience. They listen to what customers like and bring their recommendations. Done get tied to show you many many items and never get tired. I just want to say thanks to David Yurman to establish such a wonderful customer service experience.

  Camron was a David Yurman ambassador that helped me and he went out of his way above and beyond to order the last item in enter enter company David Yurman network to have it for me deliver in Bellevue Washington so the item I wanted to it wasn’t for somebody buried far from Seattle so he have a delivery here and then he just called the store and then he went out of his way to just get my hand on this item for Hanukkah and I’m so happy with him. He’s a great great gentleman and yeah thank you

  Waited here for 15 minutes for the workers to not even help us. Two of them were occupied- which is no problem but there was another worker just standing there doing absolutely NOTHING. He just kept smiling while we were clearly waiting and had asked for help with an exchange. All of the workers seemed like they didn't wanted to help us and we felt like we were bothering them. It took 35 minutes to exchange one item for a smaller size. The customer service here is horrible. Go to the real store for a better luxury shopping experience.. you won’t find it here at this little stand in Nordstrom.
