  I got a vest as birthday gift and on 2nd month after washing it there was an unknown spots appeared so I took it to the retailer and they directed me to their customer service department. After sending the vest over to them the stain came out after they washed it and charged me $80+ I could of took it to dry cleaner they would of charged half of that price and told me there was a small tear and I only wore it 3times within 2month period tear was not there when I sent it also that they would take care of it but now they are wanting to charge me for it. Really? Company this size and over priced items have this poor customer service and advertise lifetime warranty? Bait and switch tactics? I had similar issue with lululemon but they exchanged my vest without any issues even it was past warranty period. Canada goose advertise as lifetime warranty but couldn't resolve 2month old issue Please don't waste your time with this company over priced with 0 star customer service.

  Terrible customer service. I bought a jacket which turned out to be very hot when I tried it at home. After a few days, I took it back to return and the store manager rejected the return due to “food smell”. I never wore that jacket to eat food. Really had no idea what she was talking about because I couldn’t smell it. I decided to not fight anymore and kept the jacket because it’s a nice jacket, but this company is truly abusing customers. I read many instances like this online of other people struggling with the same thing with Canada Goose. If I ever want to buy from this brand, I’ll shop at Nordstrom or other department stores as these guys are a pain to deal with.

  Always have great service from the canda goose employees. They are willing to track stuff down from other stores and are very helpful and dedicated their time.

  In 4 years, this is my second time sending my jacket for repairs. Every time I have to send for repairs, I pay the shipping cost. These jackets are not washable and extremely flimsy. Review is on the quality of Canada goose jackets, not the store. Store people are lovely.

  The clothes are good quality, but the service is really disappointing. The sales staff were busy chatting with each other instead of helping customers. When I asked for an alternative size, they were impatient and seemed annoyed. I expected a much better experience from a brand like Canada Goose.
