  I had the worst customer experience today while trying to return items (jeans) at this store (Dec 21st around 2:30pm). The male manager on duty stated that my online purchase was past the 30 day return window however I could exchange for new items equal to the original purchase cost ($110). After shopping around the store for new items to exchange for my original purchase I returned to the checkout counter. The sales clerk paged the manager for the exchange. This time an older female manager responded. She was the rudest, most unhelpful manager that I have ever come across. She would not accept the exchange at all and would not allow me to exchange for different items. Despite telling her the other manager just told me that I could exchange the jeans for new items. I will never shop at this store again.

  Order a boot online to pick up in store, when I picked it up, it feels wired since it has no packaging. When I got back home, found out it’s a used one. Never pick up in store, they swap the used item for you

  The staff named Sara is very unfriendly. She kept asking me for the wrong card number for return, and I said that it wasn't the real number. She let me approve the transaction for the purchase, then she said, "Yes, that's a markup number." It should have been done much smoother.
