  This store is breaking major Washington employment laws. A new manager was brought in and does not know the laws. They are asking for a lawsuit.

  Not one person even greeted me in and employees gave me dirty looks. I’m not one to typically leave reviews, but this was insane. All so rude and stared my friend and I down today while walking around the store. A male employee saw us twice and didn’t say a word to us and a lady in the front didn’t ask us once if we needed help. I’ve worked in retail and I know there can be off days but this was completely just rude.

  Would give 0/5 stars if i could. Possibly the worst retail store in WA. Wife loves Alo but never coming back. Puzzles me why the store manager hires low quality staff in a prime location. Staff refused to point out where an item was, and girl with long wavy hair at the counter was extremely impolite when i got in the "wrong checkout line" and refused to ring my items. Ended up leaving and ordering online. I'd understand the attitude if you were selling luxury goods, but having this elitist attitude at an athleisure store? What a joke.

  I don’t ever go to this store anymore. The place feels unwelcoming. The staff are not helpful and seem annoyed when you ask for help. Even when you don’t ask, they look at you like you’re bothering them.

  Love my alo shoes but there less then a year old and already falling apart. Paid over $180.00 and shoes already breaking down. Glad I bought two pairs and now I will toss these ones out. Super comfortable shoes just wish they had better Quality.
