No staff, very over priced for the very poor quality. The store is just disappointing. I was excited to go in at first but was quickly disappointed by the store. Don't waste your time here 🥲

I have to agree with others, my expectations were not disappointed. There are really only two people here who actually “work.” One is in the changing room, and the other is the staff member who greeted me as I was leaving. The rest of the team seems to have zero customer service skills or is currently building one. They will give you that classic Gen Z stare (sorry, not all Gen Zers do this) with zero communication. When I walked in, one staff member was at the front of the store on her phone, glanced at me, and went right back to scrolling. I honestly didn’t even realize she worked there. I thought she was another customer until I saw her at the cash register as I was leaving lol I saw one lady who Alo’d out from top to bottom was getting the greatest customer service though. Do they think that they work at Hermes? Lol. Their hiring standards must be super low. Literally anyone can get a job there and make $20 an hour while texting their friends and ringing through a few customers. Hopefully, the staff with the customer service skills and the staff in the changing room are getting higher pay than the rest of them. I mean, why work at McDonald’s when you can work at Alo?

Very rude and angry staff who enable people cutting lines to the changing room. We asked why a lady was able not wait in line. A curly haired employee said they "reserved a room". When I asked how we can reserve a room the employee wouldn't tell us. I'm wondering if it's racism. Terrible experience shopping there.

Customer service sucks. My son and I came in today and not one person greeted us or asked if we needed help

A staff member named Emma was very rude and unwelcoming during my online order pickup. Her attitude felt dismissive and reserved, and she made a snarky remark as I was leaving. Overall, the interaction was uncomfortable and left a bad impression.
