  I always send Edible Arrangements to my Great Niece. She loves all the fresh fruit and the fancy arrangements. It is also a thrill for her to have a delivery just for her.

  Unfortunately I was only able to order the fruit once, which was good, but the second time they were not able to fulfill my order.

  Whoever the older lady working upfront is not nice. I clearly had a promotion available for use on my account, which she denied me to use although online and on the app says it’s available for use and the code is needed to be provided to the store. Will be reporting this store to the corporate.

  Very rude lady over the phone, order was missing items from delivery, called to get a refund and the lady snapped at me. Bad customer service. UPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE: Thank you, the store number is 1037. I called twice & receive the refund back; both times she was disrespectful

  I had placed an order as a gift for my supervisor on the website, it said it would be delivered by my date requested. However, the day of when it was supposed to be delivered, it never arrived. I waited another day and still no bouquet. I then called the store, the woman said it was delivered but I told her no, I don't see it. She then said that her manager would have to call me back the next day. I said, no that is a Saturday I need for the manager to call me on Monday. Left my phone number for the manager to call me. Never received a phone call or voice message from the manager. Two days later I called the store again, but no one picked up the phone. I tried calling four times throughout the day and finally got someone to answer in the late afternoon. Then a different woman said again, it was delivered, I said no it wasn't. She said she would check the photo and email me the delivery proof. No email from them. I give up now in receiving my order and now have gone through my bank to stop the charge on my card. I used to trust this company as I used them in the past, but now I am frustrated with them. So sorry, no more.
