  Unfortunately I can only rate this specific store as a 2/5. I am a long term DY enthusiast, but I have felt increasingly uncomfortable the last three times I came into this store. Three visits ago I was questioned for returning a bracelet that had a know faulty clasp. Two visits ago I felt judged for wanting to make a simple return. The sales associate remembered me a little too well- like I was being profiled- and I almost felt pressured to not return. I did however revisit the store later in the day and bought a gorgeous earring from Marcos, who is the only associate who has made me, a gay man, feel comfortable in the store. It’s probably the most expensive earring I own but I love it. Marcos is lovely and I appreciated his follow up. Today, I visited the store with a damaged box- one of the simple cardboard looking ones that come with lower cost items. Mine had been accidentally ruined by my cat and I was asking to have it swapped out. I was given some excuse about how each item in the store only had one box, which, having worked in retail selling very high end and designer items, I know this to not be true, especially with jewelry. You always have a reserve. I was told to contact the online department despite standing right there in the store. It would have been a simple gesture of customer service to swap the box for me (I brought the damaged box with me). To be clear, I own A LOT of yurman and literally bought a piece from Marcos last week. I own about 15 pieces in total, ranging from low end to pieces in silver to higher end pieces such as diamond rings and items with gold. I’ve been a loyal customer and would appreciate not feeling uncomfortable, profiled, or dismissed as a long time customer who has spent thousands of dollars on my collection. I’m really disappointed in the manager and other employees at this store for creating such an uncomfortable experience. You should be able to return a piece, either purchased from online or in store, comfortably. I know I have done noting to receive this treatment as I have great rapport with several employees, including managers from the online division who have supported me with custom projects and he always treats me well. The point is- I’m disappointed and after today I felt the need to speak up.

  My partner and I had an absolutely incredible experience at David Yurman, specifically with Liz Huang! She walked us through every step of the way and made the experience of trying on difference rings so much fun! She even helped me order rings into the boutique that were not in stock to ensure I could select the perfect fit. I was so impressed by her professionalism and personalized approach to my engagement ring search. She made this experience so magical!

  I had a very enjoyable experience today shopping at this store as I purchased my first DY bracelets. Marco was great and his excellent taste in jewelry pairing was a gift and a curse since he made it so hard for me to leave with just one bracelet lol. The rest of the staff was sweet with wishing me happy bday, and the manager, Nyla, was fun to chat and laugh with as I finalized my purchase. I look forward to shopping there again in the future.

  I can’t say enough good things about Marco, Kirsten, and the entire team. This was hands-down the most professional and exceptional jewelry experience I’ve ever had. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, patiently guided me through options, and helped me find the perfect ring size—no guesswork, no pressure. The attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier service. 5 stars!
