  Went with my friends, and as soon as we walked in, we were met with dirty looks from the employees. They kept watching us the whole time and even seemed to be mouthing things to each other. Honestly, it made us uncomfortable we probably shouldn’t have purchased anything and should’ve just shopped online instead.

  Horrible customer service. The staff is not interested in helping anyone rather just scroll away on their phones. The stock is mismanaged, even if it shows available for pick up online - the store might not actually have it.

  I really like the style of this brand, and I see many people wearing it, so it took me a while to finally decide to try it myself. I ended up buying a few pants and tops, mostly looking for comfortable travel and airport outfits. Some items were great. The thin fabric pants with a stretchy waistband -are very comfortable and perfect for travel, and the tops are stylish and easy to wear. I would especially recommend their leggings, stretchy fabrics, and the Suit Up trousers- those were really nice and felt good quality. However, I was very disappointed with the sports sweatpants and the zip-neck top from the Accolade line. I chose the black color, and the fabric kept shedding tiny lint pieces everywhere. My floors and clothes were covered in them. I’ve bought many inexpensive sweaters before and never had this issue, so it was surprising to see it happen with a $150 item. I tried washing it several times and even putting it through the dryer multiple cycles to remove the loose fibers. It helped a little, but the problem is still there. Overall, I love the style and some of their pieces, but I would avoid the Accolade cotton material line and stick to their stretchy or lightweight fabrics instead. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find the right sizes and colors very quickly. One tip: many of their pieces are unisex, so you may want to size down by one size.

  The staff were super nice and helpful, I needed help finding a set for a Pilates class and was shown so many different options. The fitting rooms are super spacious and the store is also super clean.
