  An unpleasant shopping experience — discrimination against us. We were not allowed to buy women's or children's clothing, only men's. So let me ask this manager: Is this your own rule? On April 22, 2026, at 4:33 PM, this female manager told me, 'This is our company's policy.' Please post a notice so everyone can know — is this your own policy, or the company's? Is this how you treat your customers?"

  I had a very disturbing experience at this Polo store today. The manager,, coordinated a staff member who used her personal phone to take photos of my personal information without my consent. This is a serious violation of privacy and completely unacceptable. When I questioned her, she refused to give a clear explanation and even refused to provide her full name when I asked. Why would a staff member need to use their personal phone to access a customer’s account? Is this company policy? In addition, the service I received was extremely rude and condescending. Another employee was unwilling to help me check a price and only did so after I repeatedly said “please.” The cashier spoke in a sarcastic and dismissive tone, saying things like “I wasn’t being unkind,” which made me feel humiliated and disrespected. Because of my limited English skills, I also felt that I was treated unfairly and discriminated against during this visit. The combination of rude service, condescending behavior, and the privacy violation made this experience completely unacceptable. I expect that Polo Ralph Lauren investigates this incident immediately, addresses the staff involved, and ensures that no customer is ever treated in this disrespectful and discriminatory way again.

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Polo Ralph Lauren store. They sent me the wrong jacket, and when I called to fix it, I was left on hold for over an hour. I don’t even live in the same state, so this was extremely inconvenient. When I hung up and called back, they answered immediately and claimed the manager had just gone into a meeting 15 minutes earlier which didn’t add up. My issue still hasn’t been resolved. Very frustrating and unprofessional customer service.
