Had a stylist named Christina she charged me $60 for a hair straighten appointment, when I asked what the charges are for because I didn’t get a wash and blowout.. I told her I had wash day yesterday and my hair doesn’t feel oily. When I called for the walk-in appointment I was told it would $60 for a wash, blowout, and style. So when she finished, she made up charges to reach $60. Said something like ya she took a longer time, and used oils. when a straighten is only $20! So not only did I absolutely not leave her tip!! I have taken the time to write this bad review, I’m beyond pissed. To top it off I came a week a two or go, got the same thing for another lady (super nice) only cost me $20 and it came out looking way better!! Photo with the hat was the first time, came out amazing Other photo was this time! Not happy. If you don’t know hair you probably can’t tell the difference. I can feel and see the difference
- NNNehalApr 14, 20253.0I was so surprised to see the rare JC Penney store in University hall. It’s the fiery one I have walked-in in over a decade. The store was pretty well sorted. Sections were clearly marked for men, women, kids, home decor, jewelry and others. There were plenty of sale on bunch of stuffs, ranging up to 70%. I found some really good Adidas shoes at a discount. Men’s section also had good clothing selection. My daughter bought a toy as well. Their toy section had lots of good options, also at a decent price. Their toy section jewelry and watch sections were disappointing, didn’t have much variety or good quality items. There were few associates in the store, mostly working at the registers. They were friendly and helpful.
