    It was super chill experience and technician was polite and non-judgmental. The technician explained everything very well, asked if we had any questions. He made sure we were comfortable with it before going. It didn’t even take as long as they said that it might, which was good because my husband had to be at work. I had trouble with blowing correctly and technician helped and was patient. Only small issue I had was I went thinking I was only gonna have to pay like $38.22 that day & the again in 2 weeks another 38.22 and maybe a little bit more like with taxes and things but I ended up paying $180 and had an installment fee within that. Which was OK because I know that there can be installing fees that are higher and some fees are expected but the lady on the phone just didn’t know what I was actually really gonna be charged and told me it would be a lot less. So I think there needs to be like a more clear approach with billing and what you’re actually gonna pay because if my husband wouldn’t have been with me, I don’t know if I would’ve had the amount of money that I actually needed. So, just better communication between the people that are on the phones and talking to the customers and the people that are Actually installing it. But all in all it was a great experience and I’ve been waiting for 20 years to do this so I’m grateful to finally be back on the road and that I’m able to do this and get back on the road quicker!
