He made sure we were comfortable with it before going. It didn’t even take as long as they said that it might, which was good because my husband had to be at work. I had trouble with blowing correctly and technician helped and was patient. Only small issue I had was I went thinking I was only gonna have to pay like $38.22 that day & the again in 2 weeks another 38.22 and maybe a little bit more like with taxes and things but I ended up paying $180 and had an installment fee within that. Which was OK because I know that there can be installing fees that are higher and some fees are expected but the lady on the phone just didn’t know what I was actually really gonna be charged and told me it would be a lot less. So I think there needs to be like a more clear approach with billing and what you’re actually gonna pay because if my husband wouldn’t have been with me, I don’t know if I would’ve had the amount of money that I actually needed. So, just better communication between the people that are on the phones and talking to the customers and the people that are Actually installing it. But all in all it was a great experience and I’ve been waiting for 20 years to do this so I’m grateful to finally be back on the road and that I’m able to do this and get back on the road quicker! The only good thing about them is the technician is a nice guy. Used this company and the device they installed messed up so many times on me I started documenting it on video every time it messed up. Well they charge you 50 bucks every time it does, and your 6 months starts over.They always tell you to file an incident report online and you can get your money back, but won't give you the phone number of the person who reviews them. They just send you back a typical response that says everything was working correctly. Nobody would even listen to me that I had 9 videos of this device clearly malfunctioning. They rob their customers.
