A few days ago, I visited your location with my daughter to shop for her prom. While there were still 30 minutes remaining before closing, the manager, Brenda, approached us and began insisting that we leave because they were closing the fitting rooms. She was dismissive and rushed us out, treating us and other paying customers poorly. As a mother trying to make my daughter's prom experience memorable, I found this level of customer service unacceptable. I hope you will look into this matter, as this behavior does not reflect well on your brand.

Diana was incredible though, she gave me her opinion on them. She even checked to see if there was options at other stores and she offered to have them shipped as well. She also wrote down the style number for me to have so I could go ask at another location. Honestly, really great service from her. Please give that girl a RAISE. THANK YOU DIANA!

On the one day i have off because i work 6 days a week, i decided to go here to buy a prom dress. when i got there at 11 it was not open, a whole hour later, there was still nobody in there and the door was locked. this is absolutely terrible management and i will never be coming back. this is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
