  Went in with my son this evening and Russ helped us checkout and was super helpful even helped us create a profile and also signed me up for the 10% off. Thank you for your patience and kindness while shopping with my teenage son.

  Don't waste your money , specially on jeans poor quality , paid almost $300 for 2 bad quality jeans after 2 months got ripped from the back . I want to the store they wouldn’t give me store credit or any refund . so basically I just thrown the pants in their stupid face and left the store and filed dispute with my credit card .

  Going in to look at team usa items we see the sign 20% off tshirts. Cool we think, and i asked the sales associate if the military id got the 1 0 percent off in Ralph lauren. He replied yes we do, it's 10%, . Great. We found a good deal. So we went to the register after my wife tried it on. The young man said no it was full price. And the id card discount doesn't work on the team 🇺🇸 usa items. So we did ask to check with the mgr, and the supervisor said that the bear items were full price with no discounts. Sad. Hit with a triple wammy. Not a good experience today at Ralph Lauren. Triple wammy... Look at the tag they put up AFTER WE CHECKED OUT. Not a good day shoppin' here today.

  I noticed a pricing issue during my visit. A dress was tagged at $145, but the tag was peeling and showed $135 underneath. When I asked about it, I was told the item came in with the wrong tag. Unfortunately, the situation felt misleading and made me uncomfortable completing the purchase. Transparency in pricing is important, especially in outlet stores.
