I explained my situation, but they were completely unhelpful and dismissive.This is not the kind of customer service I expect, especially after spending my money here. I will not be shopping at this location again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone who expects fairness and basic respect as a customer.

I was looking for a last-minute party outfit and she went above and beyond to help. She asked about the event to make sure I picked the right dress and made me feel confident about my choice. I left with a beautiful dress, matching purse, necklace, and earrings—she even tried to help me find shoes, though they didn’t have the color I needed. Zeena was friendly, helpful, and truly amazing.
