- PGPurna GamageDec 7, 20251.0If I can give 0 starts I will for this SunglassHut in Potomac Mills, Woodbridge. I bought a Ray Ban pair and wanted to return them. The lady in the store kept saying that the system is down and she can’t do anything. She asked us to go to the same store we bought it. But Woodbridge is the closest to us. So we went again today hoping the system is working after more than a week has passed. She again said that the system is down and she can’t do anything. We asked her “since when” and she said from today’s morning which is suspicious since she said the same thing last week as well. Then she asked me to fill a form which went through perfectly in their iPad. But still she kept saying the system is down so she can’t do anything. We asked then if we buy something how would you process and she said she manually writes the bill. I’m not sure if that is correct. Then we went to the Springfield mall and they helped us with the return without any issues.

It seems like these days unless you’re at Disneyland or Nordstrom, you’re not going to get the world‘s best customer service. Especially in a mall that’s not in the world‘s best neighborhood. That was the feeling I had when I went into Sunglass Hut yesterday, but the sales person there made me wonder why I even had that concern. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful as I attempted to investigate and purchase a pair of Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses. Her knowledge of this particular product was excellent, her willingness to help was all I could ask for, and she was extremely friendly during the entire encounter. She let me know all the options regarding whether I could pick them up in the store or have them delivered to me, she gave me all the details regarding the protection plan and the warranty, and just obviously knew what she was talking about. And as I said before, she did it all in a very friendly manner. You can’t ask for a better customer service experience. By the way, this was a Wednesday at about 1:30 in the afternoon at the Potomac Mills Mall in Woodbridge, Virginia, just in case you are interested in trying to find the same great Customer Service that I had. Great job!!
