  I recently called about getting my gas fireplace fixed and had quite a few questions about the issue and the repair process. I spoke to Stewart for a while, and I really appreciated how patient and professional they were throughout the entire conversation. Every question I had was answered clearly and thoroughly, and I never felt rushed. It’s not always easy finding someone who takes the time to explain things, but they truly did. I feel much more confident moving forward with the fireplace repair. Highly recommend their service!

  Our family recently had a great experience, stopping by the showroom to learn more about model, we were told incorrectly years ago that our fireplace was end of life. Stewart asked us if they could come by and analyze the fireplace, they came quickly and got it working after one visit! We are going ahead with a part replacement to extend the life and safety of our fireplace. We highly recommend Nova Fireplace, they will be direct and transparent with pricing and costs!

  Dan and his crew, including the showroom staff, were very attentive and knowledgeable from start to finish. They installed a beautiful insert, at a fair price, and were very easy to deal with. Thank you for making our fireplace more beautiful and functional.

  I highly recommend NOVA Fireplace and Stove. Dan the owner and Stewart the salesman provided us brochures and showed us the gas fireplace inserts that will work in our fireplace opening. Dan made a trip to our house to assess the exact insert and provided us with lots of tips. We immediately placed the order for the Regency Gi33LE the first week in November, with Stewart for the new gas insert inside our current wood burning fireplace. Much to our surprise, they were able to squeeze us into their schedule to have it installed before Thanksgiving! Dan and his crew professionally installed a new gas line/pipe and dedicated electric circuit inside our house for the new insert and arranged with the Town inspector to obtain permits and inspection. All went exceptionally well. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable about home construction and the gas fireplace products and business. On a scale of 1-10, I rate him a 10 on customer service. With the snowstorm on Jan. 25, 2026, we tested the manual turn on using batteries in case the power goes out. After the test, the fireplace would not turn back on, so I emailed him on a Sunday morning to see if there was a trouble shoot for this problem. Immediately, he phoned me, and within 5-10 minutes, we started the fireplace with his over the phone directions!! Wow, we were so pleasantly surprised and very much appreciative of his support!! We thoroughly enjoy our new highly functional and esthetic gas fireplace insert and the heat that warms our rooms. We shopped at a couple of local places, and we found NOVA Fireplace and Stove the most helpful for understanding the process, options, and prices. Dan, Stewart, and the installation crew are fantastic!! Plainly said, Dan is an up and up guy.

  This review has been on my mind for weeks, but it's been tough to put my thoughts into words - it's just that good! I was thoroughly impressed with NOVA Fireplace and Stove from the moment we walked in. The showroom was fantastic, and the sales staff, especially Stewart, were incredibly knowledgeable about their products, which really helped us make our final decision. At this time, the Regency model we selected has far surpassed my expectations. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it is very efficient. We also contracted NOVA Fireplace and Stove to install a stone wall along with our fireplace. The wall compliments, our family room and definitely changed the look. It kind of gives you a rustic appeal, but with the elegant twist at the same time. There are many selections to choose from along with colors and textures.. I highly recommend you consider it. You won’t be disappointed! Dan, the company owner, is a hands-on leader who always makes himself available. When we had a question during the holidays, I texted him and received a detailed response despite being on vacation. He frequently visited the job site to ensure our satisfaction and address any questions we had. It was a pleasure working with him, and we look forward to future collaborations. This company comes highly recommended by me, and I assure you that their outstanding work quality, including the installation process handled by their skilled professionals, will exceed your expectations.
