  Horrible customer service, discrimination, and profiling. First let me start by saying no one greeted me as I entered the store. I walked around a good 10 minutes before anyone asked if I need assistance. Which seemed odd because, an Asian man (who I perceive to be the manager/owner) was helping another woman next to me. After showing her several watches, he recommended one I was particularly interested in. The woman glanced over the watch for an extended period of time, tried it on then gave it back to him. Before he put it back in the case, I politely, asked if I could see the watch next. The Asian man informed me that I can look at it, but was not at liberty to touch it. Mind you this is after I watched another woman casually handle the watch for as long as she wanted. In total disbelief, I turned and walk upstairs where my daughter is looking at other watches. The Asian man then yells upstairs for another assistant to help me. I tell my daughter that we will no longer be purchasing anything from here and proceed to walk out the door. Picking up on my demeanor, the second assistant sarcastically yells, "nice," as if I was wrong for deciding not to buy anything. Smh.

  I came in to resize a watch last week and everything went smoothly! Today I come in to resize 2 other watches and they tell me they can’t do it. Store associate then gives me the wrong price for an item I was interested in after quoting me something completely different. Don’t recommend.

  Terrible experience at the Movado Outlet in Potomac Mills. They tried to sell me the exact display watch everyone was trying on—and it was visibly scratched. When I asked for a new one, the associate snapped, “This is the piece you’re going with tonight,” and refused to acknowledge the damage. Completely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Check your items carefully—this store will hand you used merchandise and act like it’s brand new.

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! The store manager, Kim, is extremely rude and all staff members as well. I love Movado and how they have all different types of watches and I have been buying watches from them for years. I needed a battery replaced in one of them so I went to the Williamsburg location. However they didn't fix the links in the watch correctly and I had business in DC so stopped on the way in the location in this Woodbridge location. I explained to them the situation and they proceeded to try and charge me more money to get it fixed after I had already spent $30 to get the battery replaced. The store manager proceeded to belittle me and make me seem stupid by trying to explain to me how businesses work. As someone that has worked in business and customer service my whole life this was very frustrating and offensive. I then had to call movado customer service and they told me to ship it them to fix it or call the Williamsburg store to see if they could get the Woodbridge store to fix it for free. I did that and the Williamsburg store called them and the Woodbridge manager fixed the watch in 30 seconds. All that for nothing an extreme waste of time. The Williamsburg store is extremely helpful. Steer clear of the Woodbridge store they will waste your time and get every penny out of you.

  Really bad customer Service. When I bought this watch they told me it’s scratch proof, But they lied to me so I went there to exchange it, But they didn’t want to change it for me with the excuse that warranty don’t Cover it . I won’t be coming back. The manager was really rude.
