  Went to even exchange Xmas gift on Jan 2. A group of employees were all close to the front. We were looked up and down by which appeared to be by a manager and the rest stood there and we were never greeted. Then they stood there taking selfies with one another. Another associate at the front was very helpful but during the process we observed that every patron coming in after was greeted with welcome to MK let me know if we can help you and the ones leaving out were thanked for shopping. I was so baffled and frustrated that we did not receive the same treatment we ended up getting a refund instead, and took it and spent it a Coach. Won't ever purchase MK again. I will stick with Coach like I've been. MK employees at Potomac Mills need to walk around the corner and take notes from Coach how ALL customers should be treated! Had to add after reading another review from Lizzy two weeks ago that this was our same experience with the rolling of the eyes when we were looked up and down. Sounds like the same lady!

  Albert the manager has no idea what he’s doing at the store. I was buying 8 bags as gifts and he didn’t want to give me separate bags. He said we will put all 8 bags in one shopping bag. I have never heard of this and I walked out after I spoke to him he didn’t even bother walking up to the cashier I walked to him to speak and he acted very busy while trying to fix the shelves. Albert should be fired by the corporate immediately.

  I was shopping at Michael Kors store with my relatives. After leaving the store, one of my family members came out extremely upset. She told me that a recent employee named Ashley made very disrespectful and hurtful comments toward her, including saying “you look like a bum and ugly” and “I look professional and you look gross.”I was shocked and deeply upset. No customer should ever be spoken to in this way. This behavior is completely unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable for any retail environment. Employees should treat all customers with respect, regardless of appearance. If I were a manager, I would take immediate action, whether that be serious disciplinary action or termination, because this type of behavior damages the brand and customer experience. Because of this incident, I will not be returning to or shopping at this store again. I hope management addresses this situation promptly, as no customer deserves to be treated so disrespectfully.

  The employees here need some serious reevaluation or reconsideration. They’re extremely rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. They make your time in the store very unpleasant by their ugly, off putting demeanor. If you want to return an item, they make it seem like it’s the worst part of their day. The black lady literally rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed when I told her I was there for a return. Avoid this store if you have to!
