  Similar to most reviews here of the MK Outlet store at Potomac Mills, our experience was unfortunately also negative. We visited the store on a weekday, when there were hardly any people in the mall, let alone in the MK store. As we were looking for different items, we asked help from sales representative "Marguerite." She was - to say the least - not helpful at all. When we asked her about the ongoing promotion and how much that would entail for a specific item, she rudely pointed out that "you can check the discount on your own." Then, when we proceeded with buying three bags, we asked Marguerite for three shopping bags (one for each purchased item, as we intended to gift them). Marguerite bluntly noted that "we have a bag shortage so we can only give you one," and pointed in the direction of a rather sizeable stack of shopping bags behind the counter (which oddly enough seemed to indicate there were actually more than enough bags especially as the store had no other customers in the roughly 45 minutes that we spent at MK). Though a bag limitation is understandable, Marguerite's general demeanor, her complete lack of customer service or even general friendliness, especially given that there were no other customers / there was no rush of any sorts, made for a very horrible shopping experience. On a sidenote: sales representative Mia was the complete opposite of Marguerite. She helped us find relevant items, calculated the discount, provided detailed advice on which items looked nicer, and generally was really nice and friendly. Which is what you would expect at any retail store.

  ⭐️ Very Disappointing Experience I had a really unpleasant experience trying to return an item here. The customer service was extremely poor, and the manager’s attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of helping, they came across as rude and dismissive. It’s unfortunate because good service goes a long way, and this place really needs to work on how they treat their customers. Definitely not a place I’d recommend for returns or exchanges.
