- TSTerria SingletonJul 16, 20251.0Just experienced the most unprofessional workers today between 1:45 pm and 2:00 pm. Upon walking toward the dress section. I locked eyes with the African American female with red hair and African American male. They had the audacity to stay sitting down on the actual clothing display while I shopped. I gave a courtesy excuse me while I shopped implying get up so I can shop or at least ask welcome me ask me do I need some help, instead while I shopped the female was talking about getting her hair done and kept asking the male in a rhetorical question over and over about why he wasn’t talking all while laughing. The whole encounter with these two immature people needs to be addressed. They have no business in anyone’s business. I told them before leaving “both of you are being very unprofessional and you already know it”

You guys really need to pay attention to your employees customer service skills, this is the second incident during this month, the first was in Pentagon mall!!
