Spent 30-45 minutes in store and talking to the lady just to be told at the end I would not get a refund but instead a credit. I left with nothing as this was a waste of time. 3 stars bc she was nice and it was likely an oversight, just annoying. The online store makes it extremely difficult to return. This was my first lego purchase and I will never buy lego from the official store again.

Always some good deals there. The store is always well stocked and clean, there's plenty of room to move around, and there's never any pressure to buy more than what you came for. a very pleasant shopping experience.

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
