  I went into Primark today 1-18-26 a young man by the name of Nakyle or Kyle was so very helpful he took his time to help me and show me where everything was I asked for. Great Customer Service

  The managers there suck. Every time I go there, there’s this guy I see him all the time when I shop at primark and every time I see him he’s literally running around and a couple times I see him he’s get belittled by the managers and to be honest he looks like the only one who actually working there and I’ve try asking for help by some of the managers but they blatantly ignore me I feel bad for the employees cause I see the manager being hella rude to them all the time and talking bad about them. Do better managers.

  A holiday mess. I visited the store to do a little Christmas shopping on 11/22. They only had one cashier at the register while the other employees stood behind the counter as well, just talking with nothing to do with 4 other registers closed. After standing in line for nearly 15 minutes I walked up to the counter to pay for my merchandise and was told they only accept cash and I need to be in the other line to the right of the store with the self checkout. Someone could’ve told me that as I stood in the line to be serviced. I put down my basket and left a store. Not worth my peace of mind. There are plenty other stores in the Potomac Mills mall.
