  The managers there suck. Every time I go there, there’s this guy I see him all the time when I shop at primark and every time I see him he’s literally running around and a couple times I see him he’s get belittled by the managers and to be honest he looks like the only one who actually working there and I’ve try asking for help by some of the managers but they blatantly ignore me I feel bad for the employees cause I see the manager being hella rude to them all the time and talking bad about them. Do better managers.

  I experienced very poor management and customer service during my visit. The manager by the name of Tiara, along with another manager, was openly speaking negatively about their employees while laughing and chatting in the corner. Several employees on the floor were standing around in groups, staring at customers and giving unfriendly looks instead of assisting shoppers. I hope the management team addresses this issue, as it could reflect poorly on Primark’s reputation.

  A holiday mess. I visited the store to do a little Christmas shopping on 11/22. They only had one cashier at the register while the other employees stood behind the counter as well, just talking with nothing to do with 4 other registers closed. After standing in line for nearly 15 minutes I walked up to the counter to pay for my merchandise and was told they only accept cash and I need to be in the other line to the right of the store with the self checkout. Someone could’ve told me that as I stood in the line to be serviced. I put down my basket and left a store. Not worth my peace of mind. There are plenty other stores in the Potomac Mills mall.

  Customer service at this store is awful! I counted 12 associates (including a manager), just walk pass me without acknowledging my presence at all! You are invisible to them! If you need a job and don't like dealing with customers and speaking, go apply at primark! They don't care about customer service at all! I witnessed the manager on duty chatting and laughing with a couple associates, when 3 of us customers were within 5 ft of them! Not one of them greeted any of us, asked if we needed assistance, etc. Primark obviously doesn't care about service and a smile. I went to two other stores after Primark, and totally a different vibe. The associates were friendly and engaging. I guess if you shop at a discount store like primark, you get discount service too! (Or should I say, no service at all).
