- SMSebastian McCoyNov 11, 20251.0The handsets are defective the first month I got a violation due to the handset requiring me to retest for 30 minutes straight and now on my second month this exact same thing happen and when I put a request to to have this situation looked I was was told it was my fault even though it was the handset malfunctioning, there is clearly something wrong with the handsets so now I have violation and had to pay extra fees due to the company's equipment working improperly
