- TRTammy RhinehardtDec 29, 20251.0Interlock installed in my vehicle and 2 days later had several lights on dash come on and error code U0403-00 come on. Took to dealership and they wanted 520.00 for diagnostics since they believed it was from interlock. They wouldn't run thru my warranty. Contacted Lifesaver and no accountability, contacted ASAP, again no accountability or ownership. Called Lifesaver corporate and again no accountability. Took vehicle for normal monitoring and they rewired the unit. This tells me improper install caused the short. This was in Winchester VA. Avoid Lifesaver at all cost, they are not certified mechanics and if they cause damage during install they take no accountability. I'm forced to pay for parts and labor for something they caused. They also have had class action law suits filed, public knowledge, please research before you use this company. You had an opportunity to make it right but denied accountability, now publicly you are asking for more information when in fact it was brought to your attention and you chose not to acknowledge. I will pay to correct your mistake but want to warn the public of your poor ethics regarding clients and how you manage your business.

I was in and out in probably less than one hour. The technicians were respectful and informative and talked me through the operation of the device. I was in and out.
