    Very good service ..my wife loved the arrangement everything was fresh and beautiful .you can tell someone took there time to put it together very talented ..when I picked it up I was treated by amazing staff very polite ..asked to speak to manager to let him know his employee was well spoken and to my surprise it seems they all was .the manager introduced his self as promise not sure if it’s his real name but very easy to talk to ..thank you guess will def recommend an will be back

    I have now had four separate issues with the Winchester Edible Arrangements location, and at this point, this is clearly a pattern — not an isolated mistake. January 17: I paid for one-hour delivery. Confirmation came at 12:42 p.m. The order did not arrive within an hour. When I called at 1:50 p.m., I was told they were “waiting on a driver.” It arrived nearly two hours late. No refund of the expedited delivery fee was offered. February 23: Again, I paid for one-hour delivery. Same issue. I had to call to check the status, and the order was delivered nearly two to three hours later. I expressed concern that this was becoming habitual. I was told online orders go through corporate first and was advised to call the store directly next time — which defeats the purpose of convenient online ordering and paying for expedited delivery. February 27: I paid for same-day delivery. Late that night, I received a notification that my order had been delivered. It had not. The next morning I was told it was marked delivered at 10:23 p.m., and I was informed the owner personally marked it as delivered. That is extremely concerning. Additionally, my boyfriend placed an order that same day for delivery on the 27th. It was not delivered until the 28th and did not appear fresh. My own order was eventually delivered the following afternoon without any notification or doorbell ring. It had been left outside, and I have no idea how long it sat there. The bananas included were visibly old and inedible (I have photos). The promotional free six-count fruit I earned after my third purchase was also missing. Across these four incidents: Paid expedited delivery services were not honored. An order was falsely marked as delivered. Deliveries were late without communication. A promotional item was missing. No refunds were proactively offered for delivery fees that were not fulfilled. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying premium delivery fees. I strongly encourage management or corporate to review the operations of this location. Customers deserve honesty, timely service, and accountability. I will be taking this matter up with corporate as well.

    I would never order from here. I placed a one hour delivery order and it never arrived. I get a random email at 10:30 saying it was delivered but I didn’t hear any knocks or see anyone at the door. I am typically an understanding person but I do not appreciate the inconvenience and lack of communication with customers.

    Placed an order for pick up for 2 different "create your own" boxes. One with just strawberries and the second one with mixed fruit. ONLY the box with the strawberries was ready for pick up at the time requested. I had to speak with the manager to have the second box fulfilled because it was NOT even prepared!! I waited for a few min which that I didn't mind but when I did finally receive this box you could tell they just threw it all together in a hurry and completely ignore the order that was placed for this box to be prepared. I then immediately called them to see about getting it fixed or replaced and I was told that what I ordered, from their very own website mind you, was NOT how those pieces of fruit come... uhh what?? You mean you dont make these orders fresh or dip them in the chocolate yourselves?! Then why would it take soooo long to make a box of chocolate covered fruits in a small box?? I also was told that they dont do white chocolate on some fruits but yet you can have it ordered that way online for pickup, I have also bought from this company before and received exactly what I ordered. I was also told that they dont use chocolate for the "white swizzle/drizzle and that its NOT chocolate either" ooooookkk so what is it then? That was never answred!! All I basically was told sorry we've been really busy which I do understand given this time of year but dont be incompetent in fulfilling orders, giving ignorant answers to concerning customers or maybe, stay inside and do your job and not have a "meet up" with a "friend" curbside and hop in his car for 2-3 min then go back inside to "work". Pretty suspicious activity just hoping in a car for a moment then hopping back out empty handed!! That usually means someone at this location is up to no good and maybe the Sheriff's Dept should be making an appearance very soon. Just saying.... I will include a picture of the quickly thrown together box that I was handed off at my curbside pickup because they was soooooo busy with making orders but not to busy to make a pickup in someone's car!
