  I am writing to address the way my girlfriend was treated during two recent visits to your store. She purchased a shirt that, upon bringing it home, was found to have a hole in it. The item was unworn and still had the original tag attached. When she attempted to return it, she was immediately accused of dishonesty and told that your store “does not sell clothing with holes.” This approach was unprofessional and unnecessary. Although the item was eventually exchanged, she later realized the replacement was the wrong size. She returned to the store within an hour, only to be told that the shirt was “dirty,” which was simply not the case. Once again, she was met with resistance and treated as though she was doing something wrong. There was no justification for speaking to her in a belittling or accusatory manner. She followed every policy, acted respectfully, and simply sought to correct an issue with a defective product. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and the interactions she experienced fell far short of that standard.

  Love the Polo brand, but a very flat visit. First no greeting at the door. Second pricing has really jumped over past few years. Finally, although Lolo items are classic, they can also be stale, The floor was well organized with nice displays. 3.5 rounding down Director service.
