This, especially resulting from our most recent purchase of multiple sunglasses with the most exceptional personal concierge service from Ms. Melody Bell, Regional Manger. Wow! As a savvy quality conscious consumer, rare if every am I so impressed and ultimately satisfied with [any type] purchase, or service that I truly feel the experience went "Above and Beyond." This is when I must reflect upon Melody, and her remarkable team of professionals at Sunglass Hut. Even more rare are my public facing written reviews, which I traditionally reserve for the BEST of the BEST. First, not all sunglasses are the same-Not even close. Second, Sunglass Hut's front and center eyewear line up resembles nothing but OSCAR winners. Third, the choice can be extremely challenging. Melody and her esteemed team to the rescue~ Melody could easily dictate the publication of history for each of the Sunglass Hut eyewear brand models. Not only did she demonstrate an incredible knowledge of "OSCAR" winning brands, but she was equally astonishing with her technical knowledge of each of the multitude of glasses we were considering. In the end, we became better aware of today's sunglass technology, overall health benefits, and the styles-shapes-sizes that best compliment our individual tastes and appearances. Bottom line, Melody and her team were not simply interested in selling us sunglasses, but rather providing us with the absolute best sun protection for our eyes by explaining the elements of harmful sun exposure, and helping us to better appreciate the direct relationship between quality sunglasses and the need for effective quality protection. Melody informed us with an intuitive approach that led to our purchasing exactly what we all needed. I truly believe that without her unique and highly personable approach, genuine care, and impressive corporate knowledge, we may have certainly walked away with the wrong purchase. My review would not be complete without mentioning that Sunglass Hut, and Melody [personally] are quintessential supporters of our American Veterans! Her respect for my military service was made quite evident as well as exemplified by her team.
