- JJJaymmjxoJan 4, 20262.0I came in today Jan 3 2025 around 2-3 pm, excited to purchase a bag from MK just to be extremely disappointed by the staff working this day. It was 4-5 women working on the floor.. not greeted at all when I walked in..walked around the store a couple times looking at the bags and trying them on infront of the mirror.. 1 of the African American workers (woman with curly brown hair in a ponytail I believe)) clearly looked at me and completely ignored me but asked a customer next to me if she needed help finding anything.. was not talked to or helped once by the staff.. I only left 2 stars because I’m happy about my purchase and the white male with curly brown hair at the register was somewhat inviting. No one in there seemed happy at all not even to crack a smile. Please do better at hiring people with customer service skills

The blonde woman working there (wearing a black dress and knee-high boots) treated us with clear disrespect. Her behavior toward my mother, who wears a headscarf, felt discriminatory and completely inappropriate. She stared at us with obvious disgust, and her attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. This store deserves employees who treat all customers with dignity. Her conduct was a disgrace.

Well there was no one who felt like to ring me up. 2 ladys in the back where moving boxes around looked at me and kept on going. Despite to mention these two lady's were running the register just before I went to check out. We'll what can I say.... I left the bag at the register and left. This is not were I spend my money at period!
