  Exceptional service! I was looking for a wife’s gift and received immediate attention. Ultimately they did not have what I was looking for. But the store was clean and organized. There are many items that could have worked. But I needed Panama’s. I would return.

  Well I mistakenly called the wrong store and was quickly greeted by a friendly individual that was eager to help me. I explained what had happened and was looking for information for a friend regarding an item located at Aerie. Michelle, who if I recall correctly the manager answered all my questions and in fact had the item in question in her store. She was knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and completely amazing. I had to write this reviews because I am in Pennsylvania not even close to the area and the fact that she took the time to discuss with me my questions, provided answers, and was attentive to my needs made the excitement so much more tolerable. Besides I didn’t feel so embarrassed after calling the wrong store oops. I just think there should be more people in our world like Michelle. It’s amazing to be treated so kindly and in a caring manner. Thank you Michelle! I appreciate you and all your help. Thank you for just being you and making this holiday season a little brighter. If I ever make it down your way I hope to thank you in person!!!!!!!!
