When looking for a specific pair of shoes Travis was very helpful finding what I was looking for and even providing information on which shoes would be more beneficial to me! When they didn't have the pair of shoes that I picked out Travis took the initiative and found a beautiful alternative pair in my size. During checkout he also suggested I sign up for their rewards program and I saved 15% on my purchase! Overall, my experience was wonderful thanks to Travis' excellent customer service!
