The two technicians, Everett, and Conspiracy (a nickname I made) was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable of the device and system installation process. I did have difficulties with the device itself locking me out falsely numerous times. Conspiracy gave me step-by-step instructions on how to receive a successful refund on those invalid lockouts. Everett was also very helpful explaining the system offering help and understanding with scheduling and services. I would highly recommend thanks guys 😊
