  Gabby, along with every person I've met while shopping, has been so kind and helpful. I'm impressed that Gabby remembered me, as well as the details of my last purchase. That made me feel special! The store is beautiful and well-organized, and the clothes are of good quality. Highly recommend!

  Excellent customer service. I came in 5 minutes before close to pickup an online order. I was going to leave, but Megan insisted that I try on. She then helped me process an exchange and saved me another trip to the store.

  Nicole and the other staff members today were absolutely amazing and so welcoming. I explained to them that I'd recently changed sizes and was looking for new, good quality jeans. Nicole went out of her way having me try almost every style of jeans, checking in on how they fit, and giving me shirts to style with them as well. I'd been to this location before to purchase a few items and now I can't wait to go back. Thank you so much!

  I shop madewell online but when I was around the retail location decided to go in. Was going to ask if they carried plus sizes in store as I’d love to try some on before ordering. Was with a friend who is straight sized and also wanted to try a few items on. Was greeted and before I could ask if they carried my size in store all of the employees walked away or helped other customers. And promptly ignored us. I suppose we didn’t look like their normal clientele. Looked at a few clothing items in the front and did not see anything bigger than a large so I suppose I got my answer. Both my friend and I commented how we felt extremely uncomfortable and out of place as we left the store.

  I could not have had a better experience. I walked in looking for a pair of jeans that would fit me right and came out with the perfect pair. I thought I was a 27 but thanks to the amazing customer service provided, I found out I was really a 24 and finally found my ideal size! The ladies who work there know what they're doing. I will definitely visit again!
