- JTJayke Thorpe3 days ago1.0I walked into the shop. I stood at the counter for about 10min while the gentleman completely ignored me. When I had the interlock installed my driver restraint error in my dash popped up. The shop said they did not have the tools to fix it and I would have to get it fixed myself. Also, I asked why it was $130 a month. He advised me to call whoever told me to install it to confirm the price. It is a very cold unwelcoming place with no communication to its customers. Very passive.

Everyone says the same thing that’s why they go to the Chesapeake location. My friend unfortunately had to get one installed a few months later. I came for support. She’s gorgeousssss and the worker acted COMPLETELY different extremely creepy. During this visit there was another customer who had an appointment scheduled with PROOF. The way the worker talked to the customer and started YELLING and telling him to leave because the appointment wasn’t in his system was disgusting to say the least. The customer didn’t get rowdy at all and he didn’t speak English very well. Just to go back to us and be sweet and creepy again. I don’t know if it was a racial thing but I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. The worker is slow, can’t multi task, and is rude.

How about let me finish the paperwork, then train me, and you don’t have an attitude. Then, there is no mounting for the Interlock so it just falls all over the place while you drive. Ridiculous!
