I enjoy shopping here. But today the on duty manager she was very unpleasant. She got frustrated and loud talk to me like I was her child. Definitely lost that sale.

A good variety and all of the options are on the aisles so you can sit and go through them all on your own. I do find though that some of the prices are a little bit higher than other places.

love DSW shoes, but def had a bad experience when going inside of store, had came in i guess a little early for my online order. & the associate at desk had to get supervisor. Patsy was her name .. Didn't know order wasn't ready and offered to wait on order but you Saying you have to "stop what your doing to help me " was so uncalled for your a SUPERVISOR.....................

The 1star is Only for the "manager" Cat/Kat. I went in to return A pair of shoes that I had ordered online. The manager waited on me. She asked for my order number or the barcode. Well I had to find it in my emails and I have recently ordered at least 10 pairs of shoes with DSW. It was me a while to find the email. She started speaking to me in a very loud voice in front of other customers as if to demean me because I could not find the specific email. Eventually she asked for my phone number and pulled up the receipt in a few seconds. She handed me receipt and said and I quote in the future. Have your information ready and she walked away saying you're welcome. Well I didn't say thank you because I do not thank anyone who is very rude and trying to be demeaning to me. I left the store and then I did it about face because that did not set well with me the customer service that I had received. The lack of professionalism she displayed was horrible. I approached her and asked her what was the policy with online returns. Basically I wanted to know if it was as simple as her taking my phone number and looking up my order then why didn't you do that in the first place. Instead of trying to embarrass me as if I were incompetent. I will be contacting upper management about the treatment I received. If this is the best DSW have to offer in management, their sales are going to go down.
