- JWJoey WongMar 15, 20265.0My partner and I had a reserved appointment to look at engagement rings and jewelry, and our experience ended up being completely transformed thanks to George, the team’s manager. When we first arrived, the service unfortunately felt very impersonal and rushed. We had notes saved about the rings we were interested in, but they weren’t referenced, and the interaction felt awkward and dismissive. We left that initial interaction feeling uncomfortable and honestly considered walking out. However, when George stepped in, the entire experience changed. He welcomed us warmly, took the time to sit with us privately, and completely reset the tone of the appointment. He patiently walked us through different diamond shapes, cuts, and styles, and even introduced options I hadn’t considered before. He was incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and attentive. He poured our water, offered us chocolates, answered every question thoughtfully, and made the experience feel special and personal again. By the end of the visit, we went from wanting to leave with a bad impression to feeling excited, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Luxury shopping experiences are supposed to feel memorable, and George truly delivered that level of service. We left smiling and grateful for the time he spent with us. Thank you, George, for turning our visit around and reminding us why Tiffany has such a strong reputation for customer care.
