When I called they said "they did everything they were supposed to do", but also mentioned the person "showed a proper ID" when I asked if they check ID for such high transactions. This is impossible because my photo IDs were not stolen. Seems like someone was lazy and did not use common sense or follow policy (which they are also reluctant to explain). I hope they don't let this happen again.
