  Very but customer service the manger is very rude and one employee also Please nice with customer.. I both clothes yesterday very small for me just I go for exchange I forgot the receipt and she can’t exchange it for me..

  This store has the best staff. All of them are so helpful in finding things for you telling you about sales and giving you tips to create outfits. I made a mistake by placing an order for an indoor pick up and so gracious and helpful. They also keep the dressing room and the impeccably organized. So glad to have them in Tysons. Earlier, I would have to drive out to the National Harbor.

  I was checking out some clothes this weekend and the gentlemen was super helpful, he found all the stuff I needed for my kids and totally went above and beyond. He explained everything, helped me find what I was looking for. since it'd been ages since I last shopped, and had the best smile giving awesome customer service. Seriously, excellent staff, I'm definitely coming back here.

  Wish I could go beyond 5 stars. A few days ago this week, there was a shorter woman with a brown bob working who helped me find 00 3.5 Chinos, and passed a super pleasant convo with me about the merits of Factory versus other stores' clothing, which feel increasingly rough and cheap and do not use 100% linen and cotton. I could tell she was a true exemplar of an honorable clothing store employee. She told me that was why she loved working at Factory, and seemed to know several other shoppers and directed them to what was on sale since they'd last come in. She is beyond incredible. Efficient and always on her feet, I wish I'd caught her name, but I will be back.
