- AAAl AportelaFeb 21, 20261.0Bought shoes on discount, but had to order, and their computer system was not working. So, cashier had to call in the order, was on hold and took long time to resolve. Then seems that we got charged twice per AMEX email. Cashier called back again waiting long time. Cashier was great working hard to fix this IT problem. But, DSW needs to be more responsible. Maybe redirect some profit into computer operations.

Check out is inefficient due to one staff member on registers, while others stand around at the check out counter. Staff mocks customers as they depart.
