  Had a great experience at this location yesterday! The team was welcoming but not pushy, and the ASM did a fantastic job assisting me. I left with a new pair of hoops and I love them. Will absolutely be back. Very reasonable prices, too.

  Unfortunately, I can’t speak for the jewelry because I’ve never bought anything from here because the two times I went in to browse around, the sales associates didn’t greet me when I entered the store, never once looked at me and never asked me if I needed any help. Both times this happened and I will not give it a third try.

  Anna was AMAZING; she was so professional and kind in assisting me with figuring out a love gift for my daughters. Although I purchased the high-end jewelry; surprisingly, she was ATTEMPTING to keep me on a budget.   I popped into Gorjana Tysons kind of on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. The store has such a calm, welcoming vibe, and Katie was genuinely helpful without being pushy. She gave me great advice on how to layer a couple of necklaces, and I ended up finding exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for my wife. The jewelry feels really well made, and it’s that perfect mix of simple but stylish. Definitely coming back next time I need a gift or just want to treat my wife
