I was greeted the second I walked in, received happiness and respect from beginning to end of my purchase experience. I was taken around the entire store, trying on numerous coats until we found my perfect fit, color, material, and style. I was offered a refreshment along the way. I had so much fun with Soheila Samani, Assistant Store Manager, she was kind, knowledgeable, polite, and made my experience unforgettable. I can’t wait to purchase my next one that I have my eye on. Sae Young Chung was so sweet and personable as well! All around great team and relaxing experience, I will be back very soon. <3
