  Came in and no one greeted me or asked if i needed help, all of the workers were just standing, laughing and talking instead of helping customers. felt unwelcomed and ignored so i left. seems like im not the only one by the reviews i see. don’t spend your money here.

  I purchased a diffuser for my living room. I threw away the box with the intention of keeping it. The diffuser did not work and didn’t diffused for 8 hours as stated on the box. When I went to return it the manager, LeKesha refused to let me return it for a refund. The product is defective and they did not stand behind the quality of the merchandise. She said you can get a replacement or a store credit. I lacked confidence in their product because it didn’t work. Why do I need to be punished being stuck with the product. I will be calling corporate about this. Smh.

  Rudest store I’ve ever been in. They had multiple associates sanded by the front door talking. None of them addressed me or any of the other customers that walked in behind me.. none of them asked if we needed help looking for anything they were also laughing and giving dirty looks to a customer who had a baby. Do not shop here spend your money elsewhere..

  Alo Yoga Tysons Galleria I was given truly excellent customer service by Gabriel and Isabella. They were both incredibly helpful and attentive from the moment I walked in. I was specifically looking for a few items and needed help with sizing, which was proving to be a difficult task for some of the pieces. Gabriel and Isabella took the time to assist me thoroughly, making sure I found the exact styles and the correct fit for everything I wanted. Their patience and expertise made all the difference. I was able to find everything on my list, and these purchases will make excellent Christmas gifts! I will definitely be back to this location again soon. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area and need personalized service.
