  I had a really disappointing experience at this Nordstrom Rack. The cashier accidentally charged me twice for the same pair of shoes, and when I called to bring it to their attention, there was very little concern or urgency to fix the issue. I live an hour away, so going back to the store would be at least a two hour commitment for me. Despite that, I was told the only way to resolve it was to come in so they could check the cameras while I waited. There was no effort to offer an alternative solution or take accountability for what was clearly an employee error. I expected much better customer service from a Nordstrom brand. It’s frustrating that they wouldn’t do what it takes to make things right for their customer after a careless mistake on their end.

  There used to be a package pick up counter but they removed this service. I’ve been here two separate times for pick up and unfortunately both times the lines to check out are super long. Please have one counter open for package pick up. This stirs me away from picking up at this location!

  This is my local Nordstroms Rack. They have a pretty good selection although, no high end items. I find that it's right within my budget so that's great. Although, you dont get perks with nordstroms rack, unless you are a card holder. Which is bogus and totally not cool. I'm a frequent spender and feel that I should be able to use my Nordy points here. Also, there's no price adjustments for items that you just brought that go on sale within the next week. Their rules state you have to return the item, they have to restock it and then you can purchase it again. So lame and so inconvenient, like what gives man. But when you bargain shop lole me, you do what you gotta do to get the sale. Besides that, it's a great location and good selection. For petite women and average size women, they have plenty options for you. For my plus size women, we can find things here and there, hit or miss.

  Cashier Chloe was so rude for absolute no reason while I was trying do do a return. I had the proof of purchase and an unworn item; I saw the receipt pull up on her screen with pictures of the item, and she pretended not to be able to find it, just being difficult switching registers back and fort and giving smart comments. Overall Nordstrom Rack’s customer service has gone downhill everywhere.
