While standing in line we witnessed an employee allow two Caucasian girls request to enter one dressing room with their dresses well over the dress limit...they were told " I guess we can make that work" and allowed back to the same dressing room. Then comes my biracial daughter and her Asian friend....under the dress limit. My daughter asked if her friend could come in to zip her dresses and help and she was told "absolutely not". Mind you the first two girls were teenagers as well and had no parent with them and I was right there- when I asked the worker for an explanation she stuttered and fumbled for words. This is unacceptable WINDSOR at Springfield Mall.

She is the manager. I asked her for help twice and the only thing I received was bad treatment and that she rolled her eyes at me as if I was not to her liking. As a manager, she is not professional. Another girl who is Asian was very nice from the moment I walked in and said welcome.
