  The guy working there tonight, Friday night (Jan. 14) prettyuch ignored me while I viewed the merchandise. I asked a question, and his tone was flippant and condescending. He's not great representation for Sunglass Hut or Macy's. When I have visited other stores, I have received great service.

  Had a nice selection and helpful customer service. I worked with Kenny to find the perfect pair of sunglasses for me. I would recommend a stop by.

  Yesterday my mother and I went to Springfield mall and stopped by Macy's. My mom purchased a pair of Prada glasses from Sunglass Hut, the case that came with the glasses was broken and not holding the glasses properly. So we decided to see if could get another case. We explained this to the lady at the counter and she asked did we have the receipt, we said of course. So we get the receipt out, she looks it over and then tells us... Oh ok well go back to Ballston Mall (the location she purchased this particular pair from) because she couldn't help us, she only had one case for each pair of her glasses at that location. Okay now that's fine but why asked to see the receipt???? She could of easily asked was this pair of glasses from this location in which we could of said no and then she could of told us well could you go back to that location etc (even though if it's the same store you should be able to go to that store to do exchanges etc, it shouldn't matter what location). So at this point I was irritated and highly offended! So my mother and I asked to speak to a manager in which she tells us, she is the manager. Ok, so I asked for her to give me a name and number to someone above her... like in corporate. She tells me there's no one above her....Once again I'm irritated! I'm not sure if she was on drugs or what.... So we went upstairs and asked an associate on the floor could we see someone above her (after briefly explaining what happened) and she immediately called the General Store Manager. The General Store Manager at the location was not only very pleasant but handled the situation right away!!!! I can see how she got that position and why she is running the show there. She found my mother another case at that Sunglass Hut and she apologized for the woman's rudeness earlier. I would not recommend going to the Sunglass Hut there because of the highly unprofessional "Manager". Don't be discouraged about going to Sunglass Hut just don't go to this one, My mother and I both have been shopping with them for years (Macy's as well)... and please DO visit the rest of the Store (Macy's) because the young lady (sales associate) upstairs was professional and the General Manager who runs that store was very pleasant and professional, she made SURE she did everything she could do to handle things and she did... and we appreciate that !!!
