I will like to give five stars to Rhonda. First for her profession speaking to me over the phone with patients taking the time out to look for the item, even when I got there the store was extremely busy. I went to the wrong location lucky she was there. She was able to bring the item to me as busy as it was . So also I will like to thank the cashier I didn't get her name she was doing the online orders and she was running. So another five stars to the workers at jc Penny's at Ford city for the team work and patients that they had around theses business days One of your customers Doing does days keep up Good team work

The lady in charge of the bedding section came up to me, didn’t greet me or ask if we needed help finding a mattress. The first thing she said was, are you going to buy or just playing today? I was shocked at the audacity and had to let her know that I was going to but with that attitude I’d be taking my money elsewhere. Went to Macy’s in the same mall and they took great care of me. Not sure if anyone buys mattresses at JC penny but I’d highly suggest looking elsewhere.
- SSStoneDec 18, 20251.0I had an appointment for the family portrait at 1pm and they only had two workers when we got there. One of the workers left 30 minutes after. We then stayed there for another 70 minutes waiting for our family portrait. This is unfair since you can charge late fee if we’re late but make us wait this long is ridiculous. Definitely will go to Tyson’s if we decide to do our portraits with JCPenney again.
