  BUYER BEWARE!!! This store does NOT authenticate anything they sell. I have seen fake lululemon there SO MANY TIMES. PLEASE BE CAREFUL! I went yesterday and they had a fake lululemon top in the lulu/Gymshark area. It still had the very obviously fake tag. Please be careful! (Not to mention the countless items with holes they are selling for $30)

  Wonderful thrift shop, it's a favorite place for my wife and daughters to get a deal on clothes. The staff is plentiful and helpful. You can also sell clothes back to them, a real gem!

  I was in yesterday, I sold 24 Bath and Body Works sprays I was given $37 No receipt… I thought I had one but I got home and didn’t have one. And they almost didn’t give me $10 A customer had to run out and give it to me I’m a tad suspicious due to not having a receipt. I sold 24 very expensive items and only got $37 back and no receipt… I have images of the items I sold them before and it just doesn’t feel like it adds up. They were nice to me and the customer service was fine! I just feel a bit off from what occurred is all. Edit: I forgot to mention, I called the store beforehand asking how much they would give me for the sprays each. They said they would give me about 4-5 bucks for each one and uh… yeah. I don’t think it adds up. 😞

  Took my son to find shoes today, worst experience ever!!!!!! This store needs help BAD!!!! Men’s shoes scattered all over, none matched together, very few were on the correct size racks, my son went to ask the lady behind the counter for help and she didn’t even acknowledge him. However she was very quick to acknowledge the people who came up behind him, after waiting awhile we finally asked another worker for help and he told us to just look (like we hadn’t, so I made him aware that we’ve tried but it’s hard with no organization in the shoe area). Finally we go to leave and another employee, with her hands filled goes to walk by (so I step to the side, so she can pass) and about knocks into me…. no excuse me, no sorry….. yet again no acknowledgment from another employee.
