  I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to a family member at RMH. I picked out an arrangement on their website and when it arrived, it was identical to the photo online. They immediately sent a receipt of payment and later a delivery confirmation. A great experience. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone in Roanoke area. Thank you!

  This place is just amazing. I planned poorly this morning and found myself on the way to the grocery store in search of a bouquet of roses at a little after 9am, with about 45 minutes to spare before I was to accompany the intended recipient to an awards brunch. I happened to pass by George's on my way and was surprised to see that they were open, so I swerved into the parking lot to take my shot at scoring an actual nice bouquet instead of the "that'll do" bouquet I was prepared to settle for. Every single person I talked to in that place, from the nice young lady who listened to my story, to the kind gentleman who created the bouquet, was friendly and warm, and not once did I feel judged for my lack of advance notice. And they were busy! At 9:15am! But to a one, they still took time out to help this poor dope look like a star when I eventually handed over that magnificent bouquet of roses. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

  I really appreciated the help I received today and selecting the appropriate arrangement for the occasion. Alyssa was very helpful and even thought of something extra to add that made it even more special. Very pleased.

  Excellent flower arrangement! The flowers were fresh and arranged beautifully. George kept me informed of delivery and sent a picture which is a great touch! I always try to deal locally. Top notch customer service!

  We walked into George’s Flowers right when they opened at 9 a.m.—which was incredibly appreciated on a Saturday morning—and were greeted immediately. We explained that my daughters had prom and that we had planned to pick fresh flowers that morning, not realizing they might be unavailable due to the season. We were definitely in a bit of a predicament. The gentleman who helped us was fantastic. He listened carefully, asked all the right questions, and got to work right away. At the same time, a young lady on staff was equally impressive—she was kind, attentive, and multitasking effortlessly. She listened to our conversation, rang us up without needing us to repeat anything, and stepped in seamlessly to assist, even helping with a specific request for a “rabbit tail” accent in one of the bouquets. My 17-year-old twins and I needed boutonnieres for their boyfriends and a bouquet, and everything was handled so efficiently—we were in and out within an hour. To top it off, they sent us a text with a photo when the flowers were ready, which felt incredibly customer-focused and thoughtful. Since COVID, truly great customer service and dedicated, goal-oriented people can be hard to find—but George’s Flowers is an absolute exception. We were so impressed and would recommend them to anyone, even for last-minute needs. Kudos to the owner—you’re doing it right. I’ll be sharing this experience with others, and we won’t be going anywhere else for flowers again!
