I wanted to get it serviced and to learn it's proper operation. Skyline kept us informed as to the arrival of their technician Trey. Trey inspected the unit and cleaned it completely. He was neat and placed a drop cloth around his work area and cleaned up when he was finished. When he was done cleaning he tested it to make sure it was operating properly and instructed me on it's proper operation. I would recommend Skyline Hearth and Fire for service of your Gas log set. We will Probably be visiting their showroom soon to look at options of replacing our log set that we discovered by Trey's inspection was 30 years old.

I called skyline and they sent their technician back and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it without too much difficulty.
