  Soon as I walk in, I get attitude from the intake person to drop off, I took brand new footwear name brand, that was never used brand new in a box they gonna offer me three and four dollars for brand new footwear I said Absolutely not I will need my belongings back and the box that it came in, I will never waste my time going in there again just lost the customer for sure it’s really no need for the attitude. If u didn’t wanna come to work, you should’ve stayed at home. If you don’t wanna deal with people don’t get a job where you dealing with people and honestly, this is not the first time this have happened. Y’all need to hire people with better attitudes honestly, the bitter attitude people that work there they’re running your customers away!

  I had a really disappointing and unprofessional experience. I dropped off my clothes for evaluation and when I came back to pick them up, the store had closed earlier than their posted hours with no message, no call, no email, and no notification of any kind. Because of their unexpected early closure, I was unable to retrieve my belongings before traveling for the holidays. I contacted the store, explained the situation, and asked for a reasonable solution. The manager and her staff were surprisingly rude and dismissive, even though the issue was caused by the store closing earlier than their posted hours. Instead of trying to help, the very first response I got was: “Unfortunately your stuff is going to donations.” This was careless, inconvenient, and shows a complete lack of accountability and customer service. I would strongly recommend double-checking everything with this location if you choose to bring items in, because their mistakes become your problem.

  3 day grace period is a lie. I brought stuff in late Saturday they put it on a gift card yesterday and said they can’t give me cash for my items now … they’re violating their own policy
