  The lady who helped me was amazing. They didn't have the color I wanted in store so they ordered it online to be delivered to my door.

  I came in today to pick up an order. I was assisted by Samaia and Robin and they could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, or kind. Samaia kindly helped me with a fitting, and Robin’s smile and amazing personality made me feel welcome and valued, and not just because I was a customer. These ladies were absolutely lovely. They made my experience at LB pleasant and fun. I will definitely return to this store, because of these wonderful ladies!

  We traveled a good distance to go there. They couldn't find my return. Thankfully I had it on my phone. The first associate said let me get my manager. The manager comes over and she says she can't find the return. She says let me get the 2nd manager here. She comes over and finds it. The other mangr said how did you find it? I get the receipt and the amount I could use. I ask all 3 of the associates do you do bra fittings? They said 'Yes.' Two managers and another employee. None of them offered. The 2nd mngr who came up said what size bra are you wearing? Just use the next size down she says. She stands outside the dressing room door. Soon she says I'll leave you with the other mangr bc I have to go to lunch. The other mangr never came to help me, see if I needed anything etc. Then I hear someone outside my dressing room getting fitted for a bra. I was shocked. I thought no one was willing to help. I come out and I asked the associate could she fit me. She did and was SOOOO nice, patient, understood my weight-loss journey and the need for the right size bra. The 2nd mangr was INCORRECT the next size down wasn't my true size/fit. She said try a size down and keep going down if that doesn't fit. That was being lazy and not helping. I give the 3 mentioned above: 0 and the associate that helped me (African American associate 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟). She was so AWESOME! We noticed how she looked for different bras, helped in my decision, what fit best and what I needed. She was GREAT! Her fellow associates can definitely learn a thing or two from her! I do recommend this location. Nice, clean, and organized. The dressing rooms were clean as well.
